Happy Friday!

One last photo, this is a belt we stitched that has just a solid green background. This is actually one of the harder things to do, because any stitching issues show up more obviously. I’m super happy with how it came out!

Labor day is here, and while it is sad to see summer coming to a close, we’re feeling very blessed and happy to help design more great new needlepoint projects.

I’ve mentioned her before, but it is aways good to remind our readers.

We have a great painter in the Denver area that will do custom projects for us.

This week I met with her for two projects she painted of kids names spelled out in playful kid shapes. (see the bottom photo)

While chatting, she also had two projects she had finished for women in her stitching group which I love! The angel stocking really came out amazing.

Those of you who are waiting untill the last minute to pick out a canvas to stitch for Christmas this year should check out our two new needlepoint Christmas stocking designs!

The first design in this post hits close to home (Colorado). It is the Winter Ski Christmas Stocking Needlepoint Kit. The needlepoint canvas features snow capped mountains, skiers, and more snow flakes in a fun modern design that opens a lot of fancy stitch possibilities. The name will be personalized to order when your canvas is made.

Wow, another fantastic design we’ve made available in our shop today!

The Classic Sports Cars Needlepoint Belt features some of the most incredible examples of our passion for speed and great looking cars.

The design from left of the buckle to the right are the: Ferrari 240 gt, 1959 Ford Thunderbird, Porche 356, 1959 Corvette, Mercedes 300sl, Jaguar XJE, 1967 Ford Mustang, and the Aston Martin DB5.

This design is customizable. If you, or somebody you know have a car you’d like put into the design, we’d love to make this a gift that will be talked about for years to come.

We do monograms for free and background colors are also customizable. If you would like to stitch it yourself click here for the needlepoint canvas.

We’ve added another college campus needlepoint belt to our shop!

The Washington and Lee University Campus Needlepoint Belt features the campus’s iconic buildings. From left to right these are Leyburn Library, Presidents House and barn, Newcomb Hall, Colonnade, Tucker Hall, Huntley Hall, Chapel, and Elrod Commons.

Also note the scene is set in the Shenandoah Valley surrounded by the Allegheny and Blue Ridge mountains. The beautiful backdrop really is sets the scene for this wonderful university.

This design is available as a needlepoint belt or a needlepoint kit that you can stitch yourself!
