I know it is no longer Friday, but these images were taken then, and I’m just trying to keep up with the holiday orders.

I’m excited we sold our first Marilyn Monroe needlepoint canvas from New York Needleworks.  It came out very well!

And last but certainly not least, we have a spread of custom dog needlepoint canvases from photos and one from artist Fowler Ruffin.  Holiday season is here, and keep in mind you have until Dec. 10th to guarantee arrival before Christmas without any domestic shipping surcharge.  (Dec. 17th is the hard cutoff).

I love to design the custom needlepoint belt canvases, but they look so much better when they have been finished!

Custom Needlepoint Belts have been a hot idea for Christmas!

We’ve got lots of new needlepoint belt canvas ideas, so when you’re ready to stitch the belt of your dreams, just let us know what you want, and we’ll create it for you.  Orders placed by Dec. 11th are guaranteed to arrive before Christmas, and orders placed by Dec. 17th can be 2nd day aired for an extra fee to arrive in time, too!

If you are looking for a finished belt, you have until Nov. 21st to email us your design.  We will be away from the office this week, so you will not get an invoice from us until Nov. 19, but don’t fear, we’ll make sure your belt is designed and stitched before Christmas.  Please send us an email or leave a message on our voicemail and we’ll be sure your order is processed in time.  Click here to contact us.

Needlepoint Dog Collars – New Designs!

We’ve blogged about needlepointing dog collars in the past, but have finally created a needlepoint dog collar section in our shop!

I’m putting the new needlepoint designs in this post, as they are different from any I’ve seen and pretty cool if you ask me.

All these designs can be personalized and your dogs name and your phone number added to the canvas so you can stitch it in.  This gets rid of having to listen the the metal tags jingle on your dogs collar!

Also, if you want to take a belt design and make it into a collar, just let us know, we’d be happy to help.

You’ll see a project for our dog that will be finished soon and I’m sure I’ll be post pictures of the finished collar so you get an idea of how good they look.

Recently we had a project that needed the talent of an artist to interpret.  Our painter sure did a wonderful job!

The two Chinese figures are based of antique images that are going to go in the living room of the stitchers home.

The other image is of some other printed custom needlepoint canvases we made last week.  Such fun, can wait to see them stitched!

Funny Kids Word Sayings Custom Needlepoint Pillows

We had a fun custom needlepoint project from our Etsy page to work on.

The customer loves the welcome needlepoint pillow, but was wondering if we could put in some of the funny words their daughter says into the design instead of “welcome”.

We went back and forth and played with the words, and look how great the needlepoint pillows came out!  We had them finished for her using Waverly wool and velvet backing with piping (different color velvet for each pillow).

Totally worth the time that went into this project, these will be the talk of the house for a long time.
