About this Design

In ancient Rome, mosaics were a common feature in private homes and public buildings. The "Guard Dog from the House of Paquius Proculus", was created by the artist to surprise a visitor, when arriving at the house. Peggy has designed this pillow based on the original mosaics that she saw while walking through ancient Rome and Pompeii. A wonderful project to stitch!
